Doing more with less is the new normal for Federal Government organizations. Government leaders are expected to manage change, stay current, and deliver more and better services or products—and do so with stagnant or shrinking budgets and resources.
The mere mention of innovation can sometimes cause red flags in the minds of government leaders, who worry about the possible risks and costs associated with the perceived new solutions that innovation brings to mind.
“The best part of my job is capturing the ‘what ifs’ and making them ‘what is,’” says Andreia Rauta, an expert in Continuous Process Improvement and Innovation, or CP2I. “Clients get bogged down by the reality of limited resources. Capturing a new perspective and getting them to see their entire environment in a different light is a key to Booz Allen’s CP2I offering.”
