Job seekers looking at Glassdoor’s 2022 Best Places to Work will find Booz Allen on the list.

Glassdoor is just one example of organizations recently recognizing Booz Allen as a workplace of choice and spotlighting the contributions of the firm and its employees. The second quarter of 2022 was filled with awards and recognitions. Read on for highlights.

Across industry sectors and geographic regions, Booz Allen’s profile is rising as a great place to work. The Business Group on Health recently named Booz Allen one of its 2022 Best Employers, with an additional citation for Excellence in Mental Health, and the Comparably platform for workplace transparency included Booz Allen among its Best Places to Work in the Washington, DC, metropolitan region.

Organizations also acknowledged the firm and its employees for doing great work:

• The Consulting Report ranked Booz Allen #8 among its top 50 consulting firms for 2022.
• Washington Technology ranked Booz Allen #6 in its 2022 Top 100 annual rankings of federal contractors.
• Executive Mosaic included Booz Allen Senior Vice President Steve Escaravage in its 2022 Wash100 list of government contracting leaders for leading artificial intelligence (AI) innovation and driving digital ethics standards.
• Consulting Magazine included Cyber and Engineering Principal Erica Banks among its 2022 honorees for Excellence in Client Services.

Booz Allen has long prided itself as a culture where employees can bring their full selves to work—and is committed to doing even more. First, Forbes recognized Booz Allen as a Best Employer for Diversity.

Then in June, WashingtonExec recognized the firm’s efforts by naming Booz Allen Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Officer Jon Muñoz among its “Top DEI Execs to Watch in 2022.”

In other recent recognitions of DEI at Booz Allen:

• The firm scored 100% Disability:IN Disability Equality Index for the eighth consecutive year.
• Careers & the disABLED Magazine, which named Booz Allen Corporate Employer of the Year in 2021, ranked the firm fifth among its Top 50 Employers in its 2022 Readers’ Choice Awards.
• Booz Allen ranked among LATINO Magazine’s Equity 100 for best practices in DEI and commitment to equity.
• Career Communications Group included Booz Allen on its Publisher’s Choice List for 2022 Top Supporters of Engineering Schools at Historic Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU).  

As Workforce Diversity STEM Magazine ranked Booz Allen fourth among its top 50 employers for workforce diversity, another organization recognized the contributions of the firm’s diverse leaders in science, technology, engineering, and math.

During Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, the firm celebrated the many employees that were recognized by the Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers (SASE).
