Stuart Baughan is a leader in Booz Allen’s commercial financial services business. He supports the world’s largest banks, financial regulators, and international monetary agencies by delivering next-generation solutions for resiliency, analytics, security, and cloud infrastructure.
Stuart has more than 25 years of consulting and industry experience in the financial services market. He joined Booz Allen in 2010 to help reform the firm’s commercial consulting business. Since then, he has led board-level business startup design and implementation initiatives for Fortune 100 companies and led cross-functional cyber resiliency programs for some of the most complex global banks. He has also worked with Booz Allen clients to support the nation’s most critical financial infrastructure, respond to security incidents, and develop the business and data infrastructure needed to support their complex analytics capabilities.
Before joining the firm, Stuart worked for more than 15 years in the financial services industry. He led many large-scale operations, infrastructure, and analytics initiatives across multiple top-tier banks.
Stuart holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Virginia.
