Rebecca Haug leads Booz Allen technical delivery teams focused on engineering and science, with an emphasis on communications, network, and information technology (IT) infrastructure. She oversees a portfolio of more than 50 Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) projects—providing leadership in strategic planning, capture, and pricing—and is the market/operations lead for four multiple-award DISA contracts.
During her 19-year Booz Allen career, Rebecca has served in a broad range of technical leadership roles, across requirements analysis, testing, systems engineering, and systems integration. As program manager for an intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance data effort, she helped U.S. military decision makers gain rapid access to aircraft sensor images in high-definition video. Booz Allen’s work on the project enabled commanders, intelligence analysts, and deployed forces to save lives by safeguarding against improvised explosive devices. In a prior role, she helped the Air Force harness hybrid satellite communication systems.
Rebecca has served as Booz Allen’s Women in Engineering and Science lead. In this role, she headed the firm’s engagement with the Society of Women Engineers, focusing on the recruiting, retention, and professional development of women in technical fields across Booz Allen accounts and locations.
Rebecca holds a B.S. in computer science from Penn State University.
