Nicole Monteforte is a senior leader in Booz Allen’s global commercial business focusing on commercial strategy and operations. She is leading an ambitious transformation and integration agenda focused on accelerating growth and operational excellence.
As the firm’s most senior facilitator, Nicole also leads strategic simulations for national and homeland security, federal government, commercial, and international clients. These engagements range from highly classified exercises for the nation’s intelligence agencies to business strategy and cybersecurity simulations for Fortune 100 companies.
Nicole is a seasoned public speaker on topics such as resiliency, preparedness, and crisis management. She spoke about cyber transformation at Evanta’s 2022 Global CISO Executive Summit. And at the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) she presented a joint Booz Allen-University of California, Berkeley report on resilient cybersecurity governance and oversight for boards of directors.
Nicole led Booz Allen’s BREACHED! wargame at several RSA conferences and has served as a recent panelist at strategic global cybersecurity conferences, including Dell’s Global Supplies Conference, the National Cyber-Forensics and Training Alliance (NCFTA) Executive Summit, and Cisco’s Global CIO Conference. Nicole published a chapter about using strategic simulations to prepare for uncertain futures in the New York Stock Exchange: Corporate Governance Guide.
Nicole has a B.A. in international studies and an M.A. in international affairs, both from American University.
