Laura Cronin is an organizational transformation leader who manages complex transformation efforts, helping organizations define their desired future state and develop and implement their strategic roadmap to achieve that vision. She supports Air Force clients, providing strategic planning, organizational design, process improvement, change management, project management, and implementation expertise for multiple projects.
Prior to Booz Allen, Laura worked at NVR Building Products, helping the organization transform their traditional manufacturing processes to lean operations.
Laura earned a B.S. in industrial engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland. She has earned certifications in a number of areas, including change management, Lean Six Sigma, knowledge management, innovation, design thinking, and Scrum. She’s also a board member for the Institute for Higher Education Policy.
