Kevin O’Connor leads technical projects for Booz Allen’s public sector clients with specific emphasis in health, finance, and economic development. He is an expert in systems design, development, and implementation; enterprise resource planning; and large-scale program management. Kevin has also been a key leader in our software development and architecture functional community.
Kevin has more than 25 years of experience and has supported clients such as the Departments of Veterans Affairs, Labor, Agriculture, and Treasury, as well as the General Services Administration, National Science Foundation, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. He has advised teams on large systems operations and maintenance programs that involved multiple application portfolios and technology platforms.
Before joining Booz Allen in 1998, Kevin worked for a defense contractor and a small consulting firm providing systems and network designs for commercial organizations. He holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Villanova University and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland.
