Jennifer Wagner is Booz Allen’s chief administrative officer and leads the firm’s Delivery Hub. Her key responsibilities include:
- Leading a multiyear journey to create a multifunction shared services organization
- Optimizing infrastructure services through technology and standardized, streamlined processes to create the ability to scale as the company grows
- Creating a better experience for Booz Allen’s employees focused on accuracy, responsiveness, and engaging customer service
- Attracting team talent through a differentiated value proposition and instilling them with clear roles and a delivery-oriented mindset
In her more than 25 years, Jennifer has held many leadership roles. Previously, Jennifer led the Enterprise Risk and Security Services teams as well as the Office of the CEO, where she drove formation of Leadership Team agendas and CEO engagement. She also led major crisis teams, including the firm’s COVID-19 response, and developed Booz Allen’s Enterprise Risk Management program, a Board of Directors mandate.
In addition, Jennifer managed different functions within the federal contracting area including strategic subcontract teaming and negotiations for major firm proposals, contractor purchasing system review compliance, digital signature of subcontracting documents, and the senior executive advisor and independent consultant process.
Jennifer is a member of the Board of Directors at The Women’s Center in Vienna, Virginia. She earned her B.A. in international studies from Allegheny College.
