Jennifer Congdon is a senior associate who leads Booz Allen’s 5G program management office and partnership initiatives. She coordinates and manages workstreams for investments as well as technical and people capacity building. She also leads marketing and communications efforts to highlight our innovative work as a 5G system integrator for the Department of Defense (DOD) and other clients.
Jennifer has more than 13 years of experience in information technology, spanning 5G, cybersecurity, autonomous vehicle software and hardware, and customized software and modernization. While at Booz Allen, she has led projects worth up to $1.6 billion with teams of more than 400 personnel covering digital transformation and cybersecurity. These projects have both developed new technology and built out new lines of business in the DOD, health, and civilian markets. Her solutions touch all facets of a program lifecycle, from initial cost and risk estimates to deployment and operations and maintenance.
Before joining Booz Allen, Jennifer was a systems engineer, project manager, and program manager for unmanned systems development at Textron Systems, which acquired AAI Corporation. While at Textron Systems, she managed the Common Unmanned Surface Vessel, CUSV ® development program, as well as the Navy’s Unmanned Influence Sweep System, a $35 million engineering development program. In addition, she led efforts on the Tactical Unmanned Aircraft System Shadow 200® Army and Marine Corps programs in avionics computer upgrades, Tactical Common data link development and integration, hardware and software, engine enhancements, and rapid reaction flight demonstrations, among others.
Jennifer holds bachelor’s degrees in bio-resources engineering and mechanical engineering from the University of Maryland. She also earned an M.B.A. in management from Loyola University of Maryland.
