For the 11th year in a row, Fortune magazine included Booz Allen in its list of World’s Most Admired Companies—a roster that has included global leaders such as Apple, Walt Disney, Berkshire Hathaway, and Google’s parent company Alphabet.
Fortune and Korn Ferry build this annual list based on a poll of nearly 4,000 executives, directors, and analysts. Poll participants evaluated companies in their industry on criteria such as investment value, the quality of a company’s management and products, and social responsibility.
Another key area of evaluation—and differentiation—the ability to attract talent.
“At Booz Allen, we’ve always focused on providing employees with skill-building, access to opportunities, and rewarding environments,” said Booz Allen Chief People Officer Betty Thompson. “Now more than ever in today’s competitive marketplace, we’re committed to attracting the best mission and technical talent, empowering people to succeed, and making our company a place where everyone can achieve their full potential.”
