Booz Allen is a World's Most Ethical Company

In the 1930s, Booz Allen partner Carl Hamilton penned one of the first known codes of business ethics, committing to “subordinate one’s own personal interest to that of the firm” and to “face all firm problems objectively and dispassionately without arbitrary or prejudicial position.” Almost a century later, the firm is honored to be named one of Ethisphere’s 2021 list of the World’s Most Ethical Companies for the second year in a row.
