Arthur Johnson joined Booz Allen’s board in 2011. He retired from Lockheed Martin in 2009 as senior vice president of corporate strategic development with more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in the information technology and defense businesses.
Arthur brings extensive IT management experience to the board, having held senior positions at IBM, Loral Corporation, and Lockheed Martin.
Arthur currently serves as an independent trustee of the fixed income and asset allocation funds of Fidelity Investments. Arthur formerly served as a director for Delta Airlines, IKON Office Solutions, AGL Resources, and Eaton Corporation. He was also the founding chairman of the board of trustees of the National Defense Industrial Association.
Arthur is a member of the Audit Committee.
