Chief Technology Officer Ki Lee drives technology application and adoption for Booz Allen’s global defense business, with a focus on supporting mission needs and gaps. Ki leads a team to assess technical and non-technical trends, prioritizing technologies and new operating models that will be disruptive. He is passionate about using modular, open architectures to maximize agility for the warfighter.
Ki and his teams work closely with clients across the joint mission landscape to understand their current mission, operations, and technical environments and constraints, tailoring solutions to advance their missions. He has supported complex multiagency, multinational missions and worked to enable enterprise-of-enterprises integration and interoperability for Department of Defense, intelligence community, and law enforcement clients.
Over his 20 years at Booz Allen, Ki has been a leader in our digital business, leading emerging capabilities, ranging from cloud, DevSecOps, algorithmic warfare, and edge computing. He has driven large-scale mission transformation and modernization, including for global intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR); joint command and control (C2); counter improvised explosive devices (IED); and counter illicit trafficking efforts.
Prior to joining Booz Allen, Ki worked in the financial services and healthcare sectors for Computer Sciences Corporation and Viant.
Ki holds a bachelor of science and master of engineering in mechanical engineering from Cornell University.
