ALLIANT
The Alliant Contract is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) that provides flexible access to customized Information Technology (IT) solutions from a large, diverse pool of industry partners that hold top-secret facility clearances and can provide best-value IT solutions to federal agencies globally. Alliant’s scope is aligned with the Federal Enterprise Architecture, which encompasses all components of an integrated IT solution, including new technologies that may emerge during the contract’s life cycle. This GWAC provides IT solutions through performance of a broad range of services, which may include the integration of various technology’s critical to the services acquired.

- A $50B program ceiling with a five-year base period with one five-year option, allowing orders to extend up to five years beyond the expiration of basic contract, through April 2024
- All contract types (e.g. FFP, T&M, CPFF, CPAF, CPIF (hybrid))
- Access to 57 exceptionally qualified industry partners
- Complimentary scope-compatibility reviews
- Low contract access fee 0.75%
- No protests on orders under $10 million for defense, and on orders under $10 million for civilian
- No limitations on task order size, period of performance duration, or Other Direct Costs (ODCs)
